Polyurea grouting material is a high-performance waterproof and leak-proof material, which is mainly a highly elastic substance generated by the reaction of isocyanate components and amino compounds. ● There should be no open water on the project base surface, otherwise the construction should be carried out after draining for 24 hours.
● It is advisable to construct at a temperature above 5℃, the construction site should be well ventilated, and fire-fighting equipment should be placed.
● After opening the barrel, it should be used up as soon as possible, and the time should not exceed 15 minutes; it should not be directly exposed to the air for a long time to prevent crusting.
● After opening the lid, the unused material should be immediately covered tightly, and the remaining material should be used up as soon as possible.
● Before it is actually dry, pay attention to protecting the construction site.
● The product should be stored in a clean, dry, and sealed iron barrel.
● Transport according to the normal product requirements, prevent rain, exposure, extrusion, collision, and ensure that the packaging is intact.
● The product should be stored in a ventilated, dry, and cool place, avoid direct sunlight and rain. The storage temperature should not be higher than 40℃.
● Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life is 6 months.
