Two-component polyurethane sealant is a two-component reaction-curing type, consisting of two components, A and B.
Polyurethane building sealant is a two-component reaction-curing type, consisting of two components: A and B. Component A is a milky white or light yellow viscous polyurethane prepolymer, and Component B is a black paste or liquid made by mixing and dehydrating curing agent and additives. It has certain elasticity and adhesiveness after curing.

1. The building must be kept dry, clean and free of oil.
2. Before construction, the primer liquid should be applied to the surface. After the surface is dry, 50mm wide protective tape should be attached to the 10mm on both sides of the gap to prevent excess polyurethane sealant glue from contaminating the surface of the structure during construction.
3. Mix 1 barrel of white polyurethane sealant (component A) and 1 bag of black curing agent (component B) in the box until there is no color difference.
4. Fill the mixed polyurethane sealant into the gap with a putty knife or glue gun and compact it, and then use a putty knife ≥10cm wide to smooth the glue.
5. Just remove the protective tape after applying the glue. Avoid exposure to water and rain within 24 hours.
Base layer treatment: The adhered surface must be neatly treated (hand-held cutting machine, grinding wheel, fresh brush, etc.) can be used to expose the solid structural layer of the glued surface.
The joint surface must be completely dry, clean and frost-free. All dust and cement slurry on the surface must be cleaned and cleaned. The rust layer and protective paint on the metal surface also need to be removed. If the structure is not dry, it can be dried with a blowtorch.
Before applying glue to porous surfaces, you need to apply primer first. You only need to apply a thin layer of primer, and then you can apply sealant and caulking after the surface is no longer sticky. (Our company has a variety of matching primers available).
