UAE Client Visited YURU Waterproof for Factory Tour and Signed a 10-Ton Order Agreement

This visit marks a new milestone in our cooperation and showcases our ongoing commitment to building long-term, trust-based partnerships with global waterproofing solution providers.
From Online Trial to Onsite Partnership
Our collaboration with this UAE-based client began on an international B2B platform, where they initially ordered samples of our grouting material series for performance testing. After being highly satisfied with the results, the client expressed strong interest in exploring a deeper business relationship and requested an onsite visit to further evaluate our production capabilities.
Factory Tour & Product Showcase
During the visit, our technical and sales teams provided a detailed tour of our production workshops and R&D facilities. The client had the opportunity to gain first-hand insights into the manufacturing process of our core product lines, including:
- PU and polyurea grouting materials
- Waterproof coatings such as polyurethane and acrylic-based formulations
Our engineers also introduced several new product developments under our custom formulation series, tailored for high-temperature and aggressive soil conditions often found in infrastructure projects across the Middle East.
Signing of a 10-Ton Initial Order
Following the tour and technical discussion, both parties held a productive business meeting. The client expressed great confidence in YURU’s production capacity, quality assurance system, and innovative R&D capabilities. As a result, we successfully signed an agreement for the supply of 10 tons of grouting materials, marking the first step in what is expected to be a long-term cooperation.
This order will be used in a municipal infrastructure project in the UAE, where performance, waterproofing durability, and environmental safety are all of critical importance.
